The Overview
Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. is one of the world’s largest producers of frozen potato products, supplying restaurants and foodservice operators globally.
The Problem
Lamb Weston wanted to design a fun, easy-to-use loyalty program that would strengthen their relationship with restaurant operators. The challenge was to create a program that not only rewarded loyalty but also provided tangible value to operators in both their front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
The Solution
We designed Potato Perks, a mobile app loyalty program that goes beyond earning and redeeming points. The app gives operators access to:
Rewards and perks for their continued business
Exclusive resources to streamline operations
Recipe inspiration and trends to keep menus fresh
Industry insights to help restaurants stay competitive
The result is a program that feels engaging, rewarding, and truly beneficial to operators—deepening their connection with the Lamb Weston brand.
Interactive Onboarding
Upon downloading the app, users are guided through a fun and engaging onboarding flow. The playful step-by-step process introduces the app’s features, highlights its benefits, and sets clear expectations—ensuring users immediately understand the value of Potato Perks while feeling excited to dive in.
Seamless Tutorial
After completing onboarding, users are guided through an optional, easy-to-follow tutorial. This walkthrough highlights key navigation patterns and core features, helping users quickly understand how to get the most out of the app and unlock its full potential.

As part of our year-long partnership with Lamb Weston, we delivered several impactful digital initiatives—including a full website redesign, a customer loyalty app, and a food show app designed to enhance their trade show presence.
The Overview
The Problem
At industry trade shows, Lamb Weston needed a way to engage business customers beyond static displays. They wanted an interactive tool that would let customers quickly explore new products, access resources, browse recipes, take quizzes, and easily connect with sales representatives—all in one seamless experience.
The Solution
We designed a tablet-based web application that transformed the booth experience into something dynamic and interactive. The app allowed trade show attendees to discover products, explore recipes, and connect directly with Lamb Weston in a fun, user-friendly way. To ensure consistency across digital touchpoints, we leveraged their existing design system components—creating a cohesive experience that felt like a natural extension of the Lamb Weston ecosystem.

To make product discovery more personalized, we designed an interactive quiz that helps users identify which Lamb Weston products best fit their business and customer needs. By answering a short series of simple, targeted questions, users quickly receive tailored recommendations—making it easier to connect the right products with the right audience.
