The Overview
Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. is an American food processing company that is one of the world's largest producers and processors of frozen french fries and other frozen potato products
The Problem
Lamb Weston wanted to create a fun loyalty program that’s easily accessible to use. The goal was to allow restaurant operators to earn points and redeem them for perks that benefit both the front and back-of-house operations.
The Solution
Create an app, Potato Perks Loyalty program, that lets their users gain the most of their experience on Lamb Weston. The app will not only let users earn and redeem points but also gain access to valuable operator resources, recipe inspiration and industry insights to help keep their restaurant on trend
Interactive onboarding
After the user downloads the app, the onboarding process will be the first thing they encounter. We designed a series of fun and playful steps that lets users engage with the content and informs them of the app’s value and benefits
Seamless tutorial
Once the user completes their onboarding they will have the option to go through a simple yet informative tutorial. The tutorial will show the users how to navigate through the app and how to successfully experience the app’s full potential

With our established year long contract with Lamb Weston we fulfilled a couple impactful projects ranging from the re-design and development of their website and a customer loyalty website app.
The Overview
The Problem
Lamb Weston needed a way to provide business customers with a quick way to discover new products, access resources, learn about recipes, take quizzes and connect with a sales rep while visiting the Lamb Weston booth at industry trade shows.
The Solution
Designed a web application experience specifically for tablets. This app allows Lamb Weston customers to easily interact with their service in a fun way at industry trade shows and help Lamb Weston build their customer base. Lastly to make sure the experience felt cohesive and part of the digital ecosystem we reused components from their design system library.
