The strongest signal in physician recruiting had no home in the platform. I designed the end-to-end referral experience - giving physicians a seamless way to refer colleagues and recruiters the tools to track, prioritize, and place at scale.
Ember
Caregivers managing health for an entire family deserve better than five separate logins. I designed Ember - a concept AI-native health app for the sandwich generation that unifies every record, every appointment, and every person you love into one seamless place.

I'm Ashley and I design for the people behind the screen, the stories behind the data, and the moments that make products memorable.
Hi, it's me :)
Lead Product Designer with 8+ years of experience bridging strategy and craft - turning complex, high-stakes workflows into experiences that work for the people navigating them.
My background spans consumer products and agency work - including projects with Twitter - through to enterprise SaaS, including healthcare tech and a growing focus on AI-powered products. With this range I move fluidly between 0-to-1 thinking and scaling what already works, driving through the full design arc from early discovery to shipped product.
My experience has also pulled me toward domains where the UX has historically been an afterthought - and right now, that's healthcare. At Aya Healthcare I lead design across multiple product teams, shaping AI-powered features, contributing to design systems, and bringing clarity to clinical and operational workflows that genuinely affect people's lives. AI in healthcare is a space I find myself thinking about constantly - how it can reduce burden for clinicians, close gaps for patients, and surface the right information at the right moment. It's one I'm intentionally growing into, sharpening both craft and domain knowledge as the field evolves.
That pull is also personal. I grew up watching family navigate this industry as professionals, and I've lived it as a patient and caregiver. The why runs deeper than a job description.
When I'm not designing, you'll find me hunting down local eats, building eclectic playlists, chasing my energetic toddler, or sipping something hot and caffeinated. Recs always welcome :)
